Robinson Carney's full name was John Robinson Carney. He may have been a Confederate Veteran from Missouri. He was married to Amanda. Their descendants were: Dixie Mariah Carney Bodine, Marther Carney Schmitz, Laura Belle Carney Reed, Verona Ann Carney Beams, Mary Alice Carney Ritter, Edward Carney (killed in a mining accident), Washington Lee Carney (died as a baby), Theophalis Carney, Robert Forrest Carney (buried in the Ross-Maise Cemetery in Pryor).
