The obituary of Julia Kay Summers, born 24 July 1961, states she was the daughter of J. D. Cunningham and Patricia (Clark) Bishop and that she is survived by her mother, Patricia Rickner, and a brother, Vance Bodine and his wife Stella of Skiatook, Okla.

Patricia Ellen Rickner, 74, retired former production worker, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 in Bartlesville. Memorial Services will be held for Mrs. Rickner at 11:00 A.M. Saturday May 13, 2017 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Rickner was born March 16, 1943 at Detroit Michigan to Dennis Clark and Doris Marie (Masterson) Clark. She came to Tulsa as a young child, where she received her education. Mrs. Rickner had worked in production manufacturing g work at Prestolite Manufacturing. She had also worked at Frosty's and Edna's Café in Langley. She had made her home in Skiatook and later in Wagoner, to be near her daughter Julia; until moving to Bartlesville to make her home with her daughter Sharon Floyd in October of 2016. Her Hobbies were working puzzles, and reading books, and was known as a very talkative and spirited person. Mrs. Rickner is survived by two daughters, Sharon Marie Floyd and husband Roger of Bartlesville, and Denise Lampson and husband John of Wagoner, OK., by three sons; Vance Wayne Bodine and wife Stella of Skiatook, George Harry Teeters and wife Patty of Locust Grove, OK. and Allen Rickner and wife Candy of Pryor, OK., by three sisters; Beth Richey and husband Howard of Galena, Ks., Joyce Walker, of Wagoner, OK., and Judy Rowles of Phoenix Arizona; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Mrs. Rickner was preceded in death by her parents Dennis and Doris Marie Clark, by her daughter, Julia Kay Summers on October 28, 2016, and by a grandson Mitchell Ray Cunningham in 2014.

Shelby Clark, 72, of Lebanon, died Thursday afternoon, Dec. 4, 2008, at St. John's Hospital-Lebanon. She was born April 26, 1936, in Anderson, Ind., to Elmer and Delpha Eilenstein Hough. On June 7, 1958, she married Ray Clark, who preceded her in death on March 14, 2005. She also was preceded in death by her parents. In addition to being a devoted homemaker and loving mother, she also worked at R & S Floral in Lebanon for 18 years. She was a member of the Sleeper Pentecostal Church and faithfully attended services. Survivors include a son, Tony Ray Clark and his wife, Teresa, of Lebanon; a daughter, Bobbie Jean Glenn and her husband, Wayne, of Rogersville; five grandchildren, Devin Cook, Shawn Glenn, Megan Glenn, Hannah Clark and Makala Clark; two great-grandchildren, Bella Cook and Amberlynn Glenn; a brother, Paul Hough, of Lebanon, and several nieces and nephews. Services for Shelby Clark will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Knapp and Bro. Bob Brown officiating. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon. Visitation will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Sleeper Pentecostal Church and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
