Frank Gustave Reichel, 62, Olathe, died May 15, 1992, at the home. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church of Olathe. The body was donated to the University of Kansas Medical Center. The family suggests contributions to Temporary Lodging for Children or the Olathe Evening Lions Club. Mr. Reichel was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area from Texas in 1985. He was a chemical engineer for Midland Research Labs for 10 years. He served on the Olathe Board of Zoning Appeals, and formerly served on the Honolulu City Planning Commission. He was a member of the Olathe Evening Lions Club and a past member of the Pukanala Lions Club in Wakiki, Hawaii. He was a member of the Southwest Football Official Association for 16 years. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Reichel of the home; a son, Frank Ronald Reichel, Olathe; a daughter, Barbara Denise Payne, Wenatchee, Wash.; and nine grandchildren.
