Mrs. Elizabeth Bodine Collins, 59, wife of Jackson R. Collins, died yesterday at her home, 1112 Brandon Lane, Westover Hills, after a long illness. Mrs. Collins came from Montclair, N.J., to the Wilmington area five years ago. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Christiana Hundred, Greenville. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, J. Rosse Collins Jr. of Delair; two daughters: Mrs. Ethel Collins Gates, Bellevue Hills, and Mrs. Ann C. Hawes, Baltimore, Md.; five grandchildren, and a brother, Harold F. Bodine, Philadelphia, Pa. Funeral services will be tomorrow afternoon at 3 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Centreville, Md., with interment in Chesterfield Cemetery, Centreville. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to any charity.

Centreville, Md.---Jackson Rosse Collins, 81, of Centreville, died Sunday at his home, Spaniard's Point, after a long illness. Mr. Collins worked for 38 years for the Beneficial Corp., both in New York and in the Wilmington, Del. offices as a legal counselor. While there, he wrote many articles regarding laws regulating consumer loans. He was a 50-year member of the American Bar association, and a former president of the Conference on Personal Finance Law and one of its founders. Mr. Collins also lectured at Columbia University and the University of Baltimore Law School. [Portion omitted.] He is survived by his wife, Elizaberth H.; a son, J. Rosse Jr., of Wilmington; two daughters, Ethel C. Gates of Chestertown, and Ann C. Hawes of Baltimore; three stepdaughters... [portion omitted] Burial will be in Chesterfield Cemetery, Centreville.
