ELSIE B. EMLEN, 85, of Riverton, formerly of Beverly, died Thursday at Zurbrugg Memorial Hospitals, Riverside Division. She was the widow of Thomas S. Emlen. Mrs. Emlen was a schoolteacher and principal for more than 40 years and last worked in the Mount Laurel school system before she retired. The Florence native was a member of the Women's Christian Temperance Union, the First Baptist Church of Burlington and the Retired Teachers Association. Survivors: two nephews, Craig Bodine and Louis Bodine ; a niece, Mary Bodine of Trenton, and several grandnephews and nieces. Services: viewing, 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington; funeral, 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home; burial, Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
