Notes for: George Imlay Bodine, Jr.

George Bodine was a 1906 graduate of Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut and was named as a member of the board of trustees in 1926. For many years he was a partner in Bodine Sons & Co., bankers and note brokers and in 1930 gave his occupation as secretary of a businessmen's association. He was also the author of a collection of nature poems entitled "Above the Mist." See his obituary in the New York "Times" of 11 July 1947.
