Caroline J. Bodine, wife of James H. Bodine, dau. of Russell L. and Alice (Marshall) Mentzer, born 7 Sept 1909 in Penn., died 19 Aug 1928 in Pottstown, Montgomery County from acute peritonitis resulting from a probable ruptured appendix; buried in Coatesville Cemetery [Chester County]. Informant was Russell L. Mentzer.

Henry Bodine, 60, of 101 E. Granite died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born in New Jersey Nov. 11, 1905. Before coming to Butte 10 years ago, Mr. Bodine lived in Idaho, where he did farm and ranch work. In Butte, he was employed by the Anaconda Co. until he retired. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Earl Kulp of Pottstown, Pa. Dolan's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
