Oliver C. 'Skip' Bodine of Pemberton Township passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit Mount Holly, with his loving family by his side. He was 48. Skip was born in Mount Holly and was a longtime resident of Pemberton Township. He was the son of the late Edward H. Bodine and Gwendolyn R. Abel. He is survived by his wife, Catherine; daughters, Alysha, Kimberly, Christina and Brianna; his sisters, Terri Bongiorno, Vicki Brown, and brothers, Edward, Robert and Jerod; stepsisters, Terri and Tonya Abel, and stepbrothers, Michael and Brian Abel. He also is survived by 25 nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Feb. 7, at Smithville United Methodist Church, 719 Smithville Road, Eastampton. There will be a gathering of family and friends to follow at his sister's home in Tabernacle.
