DNA testing shows that Samuel's father was a Bodine from the Medis line of Bodines. So Samuel's father was probably John Bodine, not Benjamin Kellum. This probably means that Sarah and David, Samuel's siblings, were probably fathered by John Bodine, too.
She is in the household of her father in the 1880 Census of Camden, NJ. She is listed as Sallie Suders and has daughters Laura (3, NJ) and Eva (2, NJ). No husband is listed.
Ronny Bodine has her listed as an adopted child of John and Emeline.

In 1880, Sallie Suders, 26, and her two daughters, Laura, 3, and Eva, 2, were living with her parents in Camden. She was shown to be married, but her husband was not living with the family.
