PENN YAN---Funeral services for Ervin J. Bodine, 60, of RD 4, Penn Yan, who died yesterday in Geneva General Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Weldon Funeral Home, Penn Yan. The Rev. Daniel Benedict, pastor of Second Milo Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial donations may be made to the Benton Fire Dept. Mr. Bodine was a native of Yates County and was a farmer in this area. He was a member of the Benton Fire Dept. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Greene Bodine, a son, Arthur, of Indian Pines; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline DePew of Naples, Mrs. Mary Briggs of RD 1, Dundee; and Mrs. Barbara Reeves of Guyanoga; a brother, Amsa Bodine of Lakeland, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Carl Wittfield of Sebring, Fla.; and 10 grandchildren.
