I have seen his name listed as Eli Eleazor Bodine, Jr., but I'm not sure of the source of that.

Eli Bodine, 25, born in Hunter Twp., Edgar County, son of Eli & Mary (Rightmire) Bodine AND Augusta McGee, 25, born in Stratton Twp., Edgar County, dau. of Philo & Lottie (Wilkins) McGee, were married 11 April 1907 at Paris by P. Fallon, CP.

In 1910, Eli E. Bodine, age 28 and single, lived with his parents in Waco Township, Sedgwick County, Kansas.


2nd marriage--1912--HAZEL E. LYMAN.
On 12 Sept 1918, Eli Edward Bodine registered for the World War I draft in Troy, Doniphan County, Kansas. He reported he was born 9 Nov 1881, was a self-employed farmer and his next of kin was his wife Hazel Bodine.

In 1920, E. E. Bodine, age 38, lived with his family in White Cloud, Iowa Township, Doniphan County, Kansas and in 1925, as Eli E. Bodine, age 43, lived in Garfield, Jackson County, Kansas.

From the Missouri death Certificate of Hazel E. Bodine, wife of Eli Bodine, dau. of Robert & Amanda (Hull) Lyman, born 19 April 1892 in Greenville, Indiana, died of pulmonary tuberculosis on 10 March 1929 in Adams Twp., DeKalb County, buried in Hopewell Cemetery. Eli Bodine,of Weatherby, MO, informant.

In 1930, E. E. Bodine, age 48 and widowed, lived in Grant, DeKalb County, Missouri with 6 of his children and his brothers Charlie and Jack.

Bodine, dau. of Bud & Edna (Giddons) Barnes, born 10 Feb 1902 in Gower, Missouri, died 30 April 1945 in Washington Twp., Buchanan County, of acude gastritis, buried in Maysville, Missouri. Eli E. Bodine, of St. Joseph, informant.

In 1942, Eli Edward Bodine of RFD 2, St. Joseph, Missouri registered for the World War II Draft and reported he was born 9 Oct 1881 in Paris, Illinois. He named Mrs. Leona Bodine as his next of kin.
