Frank Windiate, 69, died n Marengo township where he had made his home for the past three months, Sunday morning at 11 o'clock following a lingering illness. He was born December 4, 1863, in Pontiac. He was a former Battle Creek resident. He is survived by his widow, Elcie of Marengo township, and one son, Lewis Eugene of Battle Creek. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
