Mr. and Mrs. Victor C. Bodine, of North Hermitage Avenue, announce the recent marriage of their daughter, Miss Marion Elizabeth Bodine to Benjamin D. Maloney, of Montreal, Canada. Mr. Maloney is connected with the Canadian Pacific Railroad Company. Following a motor trip, including a visit to the Century of Progress Exposition in Chicago, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Maloney will reside in Montreal, Canada. [Note: The Trenton Evening Times of 14 Aug 1936 reported the divorce petition of Mrs. Marion Bodine Maloney against Benjamin D. Maloney of Montreal, Canada on a charge he deserted her in Dec 1933 just 5 months after they married. The Trenton Evening Times of 24 Dec 1937 reported the divorce petition of Marion Maloney against Benjamin Maloney to be effective on 24 Jan 1938. If the same person, The Gazette of 31 Oct 1942 of Montreal, Canada reported Benjamin Drew Maloney was charged with bigamy and is due to appear before the Court of the King's Bench.]

Mr. and Mrs. Victor C. Bodine, of North Hermitage Avenue, announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Marion Elizabeth Bodine and Robert Scott, of Hamilton Square. The marriage took place October 29, with the Rev. John Baker officiating.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Scott, of Thropp Avenue, Colonial Manor, announce the birth of a son, Robert Walter, on March 25. Mrs. Scott is the former Marion Bodine of North Hermitage Avenue.

Hightstown---Robert Walter Scott, 63, of 113 Broad Street, here died Saturday at Princeton Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he had resided in the Hightstown-Edinburg area for most of his life. He was a member of the Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church. Mr. Scott operated a garage on the South Post Road, Edinburg, for 25 years. After retirement in 1962, he was employed by Roberson's in Freehold. He is survived by two sons, Robert W. Jr. of Yardville and William V. of Hightstown; a daughter, Mrs. Judith Rupert of Rochester, N.Y. and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday from the A.S. Cole Funeral Home, North Main Street, Cranbury. The Rev. James S. Weaver, pastor of the Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church, will officiate with interment in Dutch Neck Cemetery. Friends may call Monday evening. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 88 Lakedale Drive, Trenton.

Princeton Junction---Mrs. Marion E. Scott, 42, wife of Robert W. Scott, died today at her home on the Princeton Junction Road, West Windsor Township. Born in Trenton, Mrs. Scott attended Trenton High School and was a member of the Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church, PTA of West Windsor Township and the auxiliary of the West Windsor Fire Company. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Robert W. Jr. and William V.; a daughter, Judith E. at home; her parents, Victor C. and Charlotte Tye Bodine; a sister, Mrs. Walter D'Arcy, and a brother, Victor C. Bodine Jr., all of Trenton. Funeral arrangements are beinbg completed by A. S. Cole of Cranbury.

Princeton Junction---Funeral services for Mrs. Marion E. Scott, 42, wife of Robert W. Scott, who died yesterday at her home on Princeton Junction Road, will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Dutch Neck Presbyterian Church. The pastor, the Rev. Guy A. Bensinger, will officiate. Interment will be in Dutch Neck Cemetery under the direction of the Cole Funeral home, Cranbury. Friends may call this evening at the funeral home and tomorrow from noon to 2 p.m. at the church.
