Hi,
You are correct. Frank is the 6th child, but the 4th male child. There are 2 deceased, Nancy and Jim. The rest are still living...
Frank's father Walter, had 3 brothers who all died before the age of 50 from heart attacks. Their one sister died at age 39, no one is sure what she died of. I heard she had 6 kids in 7 years and thats why she died, but that is questionable to me.
Walter lived to age 71 about a year after having open heart surgery. With 8 boys in the family, they were concerned with heart conditions, but they are all quite healthy. As was their Father, all are very active.
Jim died at 64. The oldest sister just recently died at 88.

Frank Bodine, of McKeesport, Pa., ironworker, born in West Virginia on 20 Oct 1871 AND Susie Craig, of McKeesport, Pa., born in Westmoreland Co., Penn. on 24 June 1871, were married 20 Oct 1892 by H. W. Talmage.
The Franklin Bodine family was living 1900 in McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The couple reported that in 8 years of marriage Susan had borne 2 children, both then living. In 1910, the family lived in Poland, Mahoning County, Ohio where Frank worked in a mill. The couple reported that in 17 years of marriage Susan had borne 5 children of whom 4 were then living. According to his 1938 Ohio death certificate (no. 24130), Frank died of a coronary occlusion. Susan's 1950 Ohio death certificate (no. 63573) reported a coronary embolism as her cause of death. Frank and Susan Bodine were buried in Riverside Cemetery, Poland, Mahoning County.

1920 (15 Jan) Struthers, Mahoning Co.: Frank F. BODINE 49 WV, Susan C. 44 PA wife, Alice B. 16 OH dau, Cecil F. 14 OH son, Walter 11 OH son, Howard 8 OH son.
1930 (15 April) Struthers, Mahoning Co.: Frank BODINE 58 WV married@21, Susan 58 PA wife married@21, Cecil 23 OH son extra man-sheet mill, Walter 21 OH son doubles-sheet mill.
