James and Abbie were divorced and on 24 Nov 1903, James married Rosa L. Burton in Wellington, Kansas. In 1920, the couple lived in Cushing, Payne Co., Oklahoma and in 1930 James, now widowed, still lived there.

Abigail appears to have died before June 1900, as Oliver was then living in Jonesboro, Arkansas as a single man and remarried in 1902. She is not mentioned in the 1903 obituary of her mother nor the 1916 obituary of her father.

1910 Mt. Vernon, Jefferson Co., IL: O.L. MARTIN 34 IL machinist-car worker, Della 24 IL wife, Pearl 6 IL dau. His 2nd marriage, married 4 years.
On 12 Sept 1918, Ollie L. Martin registered for the World War I Draft in Jefferson County, Illinois. He reported he was born 2 Oct 1872, worked as a car inspector for the Illinois Central Railroad Co., and named Della Martin as his next of kin.
