In 1900, John Bodine lived with his family in Trenton where he worked as a house painter. He reported that in 4 years of marriage his wife had borne 2 children, both then living with them. In 1920, Susie Bodine, aged 43, lived in Philadelphia with her son Frank and worked as a housekeeper.

BODINE--Suddenly, on April 22, 1912, John F. son of Jane E. and the late John F. Bodine, aged 43 years. Relatives and and friends are invited to attend the funeral from his late residence 229 Sewell Avenue, Broad Street Park. on Friday afternoon, at 2 o'clock. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
