Notes for: Scott Samuel Bodine
I am going to assume that the Samuel Bodine I had listed as a son of Jones Bodine, born in 1859, is the same one as Scott S. Bodine listed as a son of Jones and Lydia Ann Bodine in the 1880 Census of Buckingham, Bucks Co., PA.
From Ronny Bodine:
Scott Bodine was living with his family 1900 in Solebury Township, Bucks County where he worked as a blacksmith. In 9 years of marriage, Rachel had borne 6 children of who 4 were then living. In 1910, as residents of Buckingham Township, Rachel reported having borne 10 children of who 8 were then living. By Jan 1920, Rachel Bodine was widowed and living in Hopewell Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. In April 1930, Rachel was now married to John White and living in West Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Her son Samuel Bodine was living with them.
