Joseph W. Bodine AND Mary E. Maloney were married 2 Dec 1939 in Richmond, Ontario County.
On 28 Aug 1941 the obituary of John Burt Maloney of Waterloo, NY, in the Oswego (NY) Palladium-Times of that date names a daughter "Mrs. Warren Bodine of McKeesport, Pa." among his survivors. Later newspaper notices report the couple living in Rochester, NY. She was Mary E. Maloney, 11, living with her parents 1920 in Waterloo.

WATERLOO - The funeral service for Mrs. Warren Bodine of 293 Dartmouth Ave., Rochester, was held Jan. 25 in the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in that city. She died on Jan. 22. Mrs. Bodine, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bert Maloney, was their only daughter, Mary. She was a native of Waterloo and was graduated from St. Mary's School and Waterloo High in 1926. At one time, she was the organist at St. Mary's Church. Later she entered and was graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing in Rochester. Survivors include her husband, a niece in California and three nephews. Later interment will be in the local St. Mary's Cemetery.

Joseph W. Bodine, 61, founder and retired treasurer of Bok Plastics Inc., 1500 Clinton Ave. N.. died of a heart attack Friday (Jan. 2, 1970) at his home in Clearwater Beach, Fla. Mr. Bodine, who established the company in 1960, retired in 1968 and moved to Florida. Before entering the plastics field, he was in the real estate business. Mr. Bodine was a native of Waterloo. He was the son of the late George Bodine, Rochester lawyer and one time Seneca County judge. His brother, Seward Bodine of Waterloo, a State Court of Appeals judge, died of a heart attack in Florida four years ago.

BODINE, ELLA BROWN, 86, of Clearwater, died Sunday (Jan. 28, 1990) at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. She was born in Brighton, N.Y., and came here in 1967 from Penfield, N.Y. She owned Brown Brothers Nursery in Penfield and she was a member of Unity Church, Clearwater. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. National Cremation Society, Clearwater.
