On 26 March 1929 in Canton, Strark County, Ida M. Bodine married John Kaufman. Ida (Trump) Bodine is the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Shine) Trump.
Rollin and Ida Bodine were buried in Wartsler's Lutheran Cemetery, Stark County.

Mrs. Ida Kaufman, wife of John Kaufman of Smithville, O., died Tuesday night in Mercy hospital from a complication of diseases. Mrs. Kaufman was brought from Smithville to the home of her sister, Mrs. C. S. Lothamer, Terrace rd NW a week ago and taken to the hospital Tuesday morning. Surviving are her husband, John Kaufman; two sisters, Mrs. Lothamer and Mrs. Minty Bauer both of Canton; two brothers, Almon Trump of Wadsworth and Preston Trump of Canton, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kaufman was a former Canton resident and during that time was an active member of the First Christian church. The body is at the Seesholtz parlors where friends may call. Services will be held from the parlors at 1:30 p.m. and the Christian church at 2 in charge of Rev. P. H. Welshimer. Burial will be in Warstler cemetery.
