Notes for: Samuel E. Ryley

Samuel and Elizabeth were probably born in New York. They had children born in New York and Kentucky. They moved to Jessamine County sometime after 1812. They lived near the Thompson family on Clear Creek. I beleive Samuel's will is located in Jessamine County, Kentucky. In it, William J. Ryley is listed as his son. There were other children as well. One may have been Jane A. Ryley who married William A. Fowler.
