James D. Budine, 54, of Oneonta passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Bassett Healthcare of Cooperstown. Jim was born on September 14, 1956 in Walton, the son of James H. Budine and Mary (Kilpatrick) Budine. Jim was employed by Otsego Iron & Metal in Oneonta as a Shipping Clerk. In his spare time he enjoyed riding on his motorcycle, and playing with his grandchildren. He is survived by his mother, Mary Budine; his daughters, Yvonne (Corey) Grant of Walton, Jennifer Irwin of Livingston Manor; his grandchildren, Faith, Destiny, Harley, Kirsten, Angelle, a special sister, Bambi Holtslander of Utica; his sisters, Sharon Budine, Beatrice Hendrickson, Jayne (Jeffrey) Francisco, all of Walton, his niece, Kaity, his nephew, Derek, and several cousins. He was predeceased by his father James in August 1991. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Tuesday afternoon, August 2, 2011 from 1 to 3 PM at the New Hope Community Church where services will be held at 3 PM with the Rev. Larry Light, officiating. Memorial Contributions in Jim's name may be made to New Hope Community Church, 45 Stockton Ave., Walton, NY 13856 or Bassett Healthcare 1 Atwell Rd. Cooperstown, NY 13326.

Iona "Onie" Y. Barnes 1959--2016
Age 57 of Livingston Manor, NY, also lived her last years in Elmira, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in her loving home. She was predeceased by her parents Iona and Rusty Barnes. She leaves behind her children and grandchildren Yvonne Grant (Faith, Destiny, Harley), Steven Barnes (Steven II, Eli, ET, Mircle, May, Messiah), Shawn Barnes (Shawn II(deceased), Bubba, Kaia), Aniece Clinton (Naliyah, Milania, Navaehia) also survived by brothers and sisters Richard Bank, Snook (Rudy) Sis (Larry), Diane (Danny), Buster (Karen), Wayne (Candy) along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit Southside Alliance Church, 530 Pennsylvania Ave., Elmira on Saturday, April 9th from 1 to 3 pm.
