Walton---Miss Elinor Biedekapp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin A. Biedekapp, this village was married Saturday afternoon at her home to Ralph Budine, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Forest Budine, also Walton. James Budine was best man for his brother and another brother, Ronald E. Budine, was usher.

Ralph B. Budine of Nichols. Ralph B. Budine, 52 of 3 Taylor St. went to be with his Lord, on February 26, 1984. He was born August 10, 1931 in Walton, a son of Hilda (Bartlett) Budine and the late George F. Budine. He was a graduate of Broome Community College and a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He was an employee of I.B.M., Owego and a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a devoted and faithful member of the Assembly of God Church, Owego where he served as Building superintendent, Senior Trustee, and Sunday School teacher. He is survived by his wife, Elinor (Biedekapp) Budine, his daughter, Julie Budine, Nichols; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jonathan Budine, Nichols, and George and Suzanne Budine of Binghamton; his mother, Hilda Budine, Walton; brothers, James H. Budine, Walton, and Ronald Budine, Perkasie, PA; a granddaughter, Sarah Budine, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral and committal services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. from the Assembly of God Church, Owego, with his pastor Rev. Robert Argetsinger, officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, Nichols, NY. Friends who wish may remember the Binghamton Youth Symphony, or the Assembly of God church, Owego, in memory of Mr. Budine.
