Eva C. Budine, 83, of Bradenton, died April 4, 2002, in Blake Medical Center, Bradenton. Toale Brothers Funeral Home South Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Walton Cemetery, Walton, N.Y. Born in Hamden, N.Y., Mrs. Budine came to Manatee County in 1972 from Walton. She was a retired farmer and house painter. She was Presbyterian. Survivors include two sisters, Olive Gile of Delhi, N.Y., and Margaret Hebbard of Eagle Bridge, N.Y.; and two brothers, Elmer Clark of Walton, and George Clark of Hamden.
