Hi, I was on your website - it's great - I have a question -

As my subject line mentions, Balthazar BEUCHEL (b. 1656 Hartenburg, Germany) is, I think, the Balthazar Pickel your site refers to - who married Anna Eva Mullier.

Balthazar Died 1703 in Bad Durkheim, Germany.

y situation is, I have a chance to be in Germany and have been searching for Hartenburg, with no luck so far....so if you happen to know its CURRENT name, or what town/city it's near, I'd be very grateful.

(Bad Durkheim appears to be thriving still, near Frankfurt, and I will probably go there to look for Balthazar's death record.)
