From Dutch Reformed Church of Shawangunk, Ulster County, Marriages: 31 Jan 1850 William C. Bodine and Ann Decker. [Note: DRC Shawangunk baptisms show an Ann, born 17 Oct 1828 to Garret Decker and Mary Boyd.]

In June 1860, W. C. Bodine lived in Bedford, Calhoun County, Michigan engaged as a carpenter. From June 1870 he lived with his family in Vermontville, Eaton County, Michigan where he was engaged as a mill owner in 1870 and a Justice of the Peace in 1880. William and Anna Bodine were buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Vermontville, Eaton County. William Crist was living 1 Feb 1895 when he was named as a survivor in the newspaper obituary of his brother Samuel Hunter Bodine.
