Tecumseh--Helen I. Bordine, 81, formerly of 204 W. Pottawatamie St., Tecumseh, died Saturday, July 9, 1988, in Herrick Memorial Health Care Center. She was born Sept. 30, 1906, in Fulton County, Ohio to Orie and Gertrude (Lester) Call. On Aug. 11, 1923, she married Forrest Bordine in Strausberg. He preceded her in death May 11, 1974. Mrs. Bordine resided in the Tecumseh area since 1953, moving from Milan. She was a member of the Berean Baptist Church in Adrian. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Adah) Bushart of Maybee, Mrs. Harry (Donna) Williams of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and Mrs. James (Gertrude) Stuart of Tecumseh; two sons, Orie Bordine of Milan and Allen Bordine of Canton, Ohio; two sisters, Viola Kroeger of Taylor and Virginia Rock of Milan; a brother, Merl Carl of Arizona; 28 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, Clyde Bordine and Harold Bordine; and five grandchildren.
