Notes for: Mary Cordelia Budine
I believe I found her husband. His name was Cecil Feltman. His obituary at the Delaware Co., NY GenWeb site says he was b. November 18, 1890 and d. January 30, 1974. His wife was a Mary Budine. They married on September 11, 1912. This was later confirmed by a message from Phil Delamarter.

On 5 June 1917, Cecil Edward Feltman registered for the World War I Draft in Delhi, New York. He reported he was born 18 Nov 1890 in Dry Brook, NY, had a wife and child, and worked as a farmer.
From New York Federal Census Records:
1940 (April) Walton, Delaware Co.: Cecil FELTMAN 49 NY weaver-silk mill, Mary 47 NY wife, Emma 21 NY dau, Rose 16 NY dau, Cordelia 5 NY dau.
From Social Security Death Records:
Cecil Feltman, born 18 Nov 1890, died Jan 1974.
Mary Feltman, born 22 Aug 1892, died Oct 1980.
Cecil and Mary Feltman were buried in Walton Town and Village Cemetery, Delaware County.
