WALTON - Leon C. Budine, 61, of 95 Mead St., Walton, died January 23 at Smith Hospital, Walton. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 25 at Lyon Brothers Chapel, Walton. The Rev. J. G. Lincoln, of the Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be later in the Walton Cemetery. He was born, March 7, 1896 in Walton, the son of Cyrus and Hannah (Shutters) Budine. He married Arline Lambert March 7, 1923 in Walton. He was a lifetime resident of Walton. He was a laborer for F. Bailey Sons, of Walton. He is survived by his wife of Livingston Manor; one daughter, Henrietta Christoff, of Livingston Manor; one son, Charles of Edgemere, L.I.; one grandchild; four brothers, Louis, of Bainbridge, Rupert of Livingston Manor, Staney, and Kenneth of Walton and three sisters, Mrs. Earl Robinson, Walton, Mrs. Clyde Chambers, Binghampton, and Mrs. Blanche Hayes, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Friends may call at the Lyon Brothers Funeral Chapel, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, January 24.
