Nellie Jane Darling, dau. of Abram Bordine & Mahalia White, born 23 Oct 1863 in Hillsdale, Michigan, died 7 Oct 1937 in Detroit, Wayne County.
Chas. A. Darling, widowed, son of Reander Darling & Minerva Wilson, born 10 May 1860 in Lenawee Co., Michigan; died 19 July 1947 in Addison, Lenawee County, age 87.

Mrs. Nellie J. Darling. Funeral services for Mrs. Darling, mother of Dr. Milton A. Darling, Detroit surgeon, at 2 p.m. Saturday at Batavia, Mich. Mrs. Darling died Thursday at Grace Hospital. She was born in Allen, Mich. Oct 23,1863, and moved in early childhood to Branch County, near Coldwater. Later she lived in Ann Arbor and Lansing and recently had been making her home with her son, Dr. Darling, here. Surviving are her husband, Charles A. Darling, whom she married in 1885; her son and two grandsons, Charles E. and Milton Alfred Darling, Jr.

Charles Anson Darling---A resident of Detroit for 20 years, Mr. Darling, 87, of 8100 LaSalle, died suddenly Saturday. Born near Devil's Lake, he has lived in Coldwater and Lansing. Surviving are his son, Dr. Milton Darling, and two grandsons, Dr. Charles Darling and Alfred Darling. Funeral services and burial will be in Batavia Tuesday.
