On 12 Sept 1918, William Pearce Bodine registered for the World War 1 draft in Battle Creek, Michigan. He reported he was born 19 Dec 1882 was self-employed in the syeing and cleaning business and named his wife, Helen H. Bodine, as his next of kin.
