G. E. Bodine, 24, born in Oklahoma, son of John M. & Josephine (Vieux) Bodine AND Josephine Vieux, 18, born in Kansas, dau. of Lewis & Mary (Melot) Vieux, both of Wanette, were married 27 Oct 1912 at Wanette by Rev. L. P. Eaton, Minister, United Brethren in Christ, Wanette.
The Bodine family was living 1920 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma where George worked as foreman in a oil refinery and 1930 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

Mrs. Josephine M. Bodine, 85, of 7049 Garnett, Shawnee, died Monday at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. She was born in Louisville, Kan., and had lived in this area 14 years. Mrs. Bodine was a member of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church. She leaves a son, John R. Bodine of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Hazel J. Crowley, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; a sister, Mrs. Olive Tucker, Gary, Okla.; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Shawnee. The rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at the Amos Chapel, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m.
