California Birth Records list the maiden name of the mother of Cathy (1952) and Michael Bodine (1954) as PAYLOR, both born in San Joaquin County.
----- Paylor 1st married a Mr. Anthony and bore a daughter Gloria Jeanne Anthony on 21 June 1949 in Madera County, CA. Her California Birth Record names her mother as Paylor. The obituary of Gloria Jeanne Bell appeared in the 31 Dec 2017 The Tribune (San Luis Obispo, CA) wherein are named among her survivors sister Cathie (Charlie) Minter, brother Michael (Kathy) Bodine and nephew Michael Bodine. In so far as Gloria first married as Gloria Bodine it is here assumed that she was adopted by Andrew Bodine.
2nd marriage--about 1953--DORIS LORENE HOWARD.
The 1953 city directory of Stockton, California lists Andrew F. & Lorene D. Bodine. The 1955 city directory of Bakersfield, California lists Andrew F. & Lorene Bodine. Both are named in the 1956 voter registrations for Bakersfield. Andrew F. Bodine is named in the 1958 voter registrations for Los Angeles County. In 1987, he and Lorene lived in Mount Aukurn, California and in 1994 in Sanger, California.
