Notes for: Sarah F. Bodine
I had thought this Sarah was the Sabillah Bodine buried in Union Cemetery, but that does not appear to be correct based on the information Ronny Bodine has about her. Sabillah is supposedly buried with the Peter and Anna Bodine family in Union Cemetery in Catawissa, Columbia Co., PA and is their daughter. The tombstone seems to say that she died on Nov. 21, 1855 at the age of 17 yrs, 8 ms, and 14 dys. The stone is hard to read, but info at Family Search says a Sabilla was the daughter of Peter and Anna and that she was born March 7, 1838 and died on Nov. 21, 1855. Those dates must come from an earlier reading of the stone. I'm attempting to clarify this information. See my Notes on Sabillah who I now have as the daughter of Peter Bodine and Rebecca Cleaver.
