James Herbert Taylor, 80, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Valhalla Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Walker officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Taylor was a native of Madison County. Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Casteel of Meridianville; a son, Harold Taylor of Huntsville; a sister, Elsie Hill of Huntsville; five brothers, Albert Taylor and Leo Taylor, both of Huntsville; Thomas Taylor of Fort Worth, Texas, Eugene Taylor of Troy and Raymond Taylor of Nashville, Tenn.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
