Frank E. Doane, 42, of Morris Twp., son of Job & Almera Doane AND Ada M. Bodine, 39, of Wellsboro, daughter of A. L. & Julia Bodine, were married 19 Oct 1898 at Wellsboro by A. C. Shaw, Pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Wellsboro.
Frank and Ada Doane were living from 1900 in Morris, Tioga County, where the family engaged in farming. Ada gave her birth date as April 1863. In 1910 and 1920 Frank now worked as a machinist. The couple had no children. Frank and Ada Doane were buried in Wellsboro Cemetery, Tioga County.

Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Doane, have moved here from Morris and occupy the home of Mrs. Doane's mother, Mrs. Julia A. Bodine. Mr. Doane is employed in Mr. John V. White's machine shop and foundry on Wain and Pearl streets.

Mrs. Ada M. Bodine Doane, wife of F. E. Doane, of Morris, died Saturday afternoon, Dec. 1, of paralysis. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock; interment in the Wellsboro cemetery. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawsha Bodine and was born in Wellsboro. She is survived by her husband and three brothers, Dr. F. M. Bodine and William T. Bodine, of Wellsboro; and Harry E. Bodine, secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The funeral of Frank E. Doane, aged 86 years, of Morris, who died at Binghamton Wednesday, was held Saturday at the Bastian Funeral Home in Wellsboro. He was born in Morris, son of the late John and Almera Doane in Sept. 1856. He was married to the former Ada Bodine, of Wellsboro, who died many years ago.
