While on business I took a detour and visited the Brick Church grave yard in May of 2008.
Here is a picture I took of Rachael's headstone.
Unfortunately it is made of marble, weathered badly and it was raining at the time.

John Sears served during the Revolutionary War from Orange County, first in 1775 in Capt. Felter's Company and in 1777 in three further units. On 21 Sept 1832, as John Sears of Wallkill, he applied for a pension and in his declaration stated he was born on 2 May 1759 in West Chester County, New York. His widow subsequently applied for a pension (W. 2471) and stated John Sears died 26 March 1843 in Orange County and that she was Mary White prior to their marriage on 13 Dec 1821 in Neeleytown (Orange Co.), New York.
