George and Annie Bodine lived 1900-1920 in Delaware Township, Hunterdon County where George engaged in farming and 1930 in Flemington, Hunterdon County where he worked as a teamster. In 1910, he reported that in 10 years of marriage his wife had borne 3 children of whom 2 survived and were then living with them. George and Annie Bodine were buried in Locktown Presbyterian Cemetery, Locktown, Hunterdon County.

Flemington--George L. Bodine, 82, husband of Mrs. Annie B. Bodine, died last night of a heart attack at his home, 14 Bonnell Street. He was a trustee of the Locktown Cemetery Association and member of Grandview Grange 124 and the Locktown Christian Church. In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Joseph O. Morsley of Yardley, Mrs. Orion H. Phillips of Lambertville and Mrs. Elmer E. Kemsen of Yardville, and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. at the Holcombe Funeral Home. Interment will be in Locktown Cemetery. Friends may call Friday evening.

Mrs. Annie Bodine, 82, of 78 Valley View Rd., Yardville, formerly of Flemington, died in Mercer Hospital, Trenton, yesterday (Sept. 15, 1960). She had been in failing health some time. Mrs. Bodine was born in Hunterdon County June 10, 1878, a daughter of the late Cyranus and Emily Bearder. She lived most of her life in Flemington, until about six years ago. Her husband was George L. Bodine, who died in 1953. Mrs. Bodine is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elmer Remsen, with whom she made her home in Yardville, and Mrs. Joseph Morsley of Yardley, Pa., and one grandchild. Funeral services will be held in the Holcombe Funeral Home Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Calvin Helming of Milford, pastor of the Milford and Locktown Christian Churches officiating. Interment will be in Locktown Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
