Notes for: John Bodine
LDS says he is "of Lancaster, PA." I am guessing that the John and Elizabeth Bodine found in the 1850 Census of Plymouth Twp., Richland Co., OH is this John. John is 35 and born in New York. His wife is Elizabeth. She is 33 and born in Ohio. The rest of his family seems to be in the area (Susanna Bodine, his mother, and siblings are in Cass Twp.). John is listed as a farmer. His brother, Abram, and Abram's wife, Cornelia, are in his household.
Joan Best forwarded the info below from Arlene Secrist. This has to apply to this John Bodine.
