From Vermilion County, Illinois Land Records, Deed Book 69, p. 225:
Deed of 9 March 1882 from Washington T. Cunningham, Master in Chancery to Cornelius L. Conover of Vermilion County, whereas in the Feb 1875 term of the Circuit Court Cornelius L. Conover was complainant vs. Joseph E. Tucker, et al, for the legal fee of $3.00, transfers to Conover Lot 150 in "Tucker and English's 2nd Addition to the town (now city) of Danville. Recorded 9 March 1882.
The 1892 will of Susan's father, Marcus Bodine, names among his heirs his grandchildren Cora (Cornelia) and Marcus, both living near Danville, Illinois. He makes no mention of his daughter Susan or any other grandchildren implying that Cornelia and Marcus are the only living members of the Conover family.
