Notes for: Mary (Mariah) Bodine
Chambers says she married Monroe Hopkins. Bodine Branches says she married Joshua Salmon (v. 2, #1 & 2, p. 12), but later is says that this was Jane who married Joshua Salmon. Maybe Jane and Mary are the same person. Mary's mother, Catharine Bodine (age 83) is listed in their household (James M. Hopkins) in the 1850 Census of Randolph Twp., Morris Co., NJ. Her name is spelled Mariahe.
