Notes for: Samuel H. Bodine
I believe Pam Gerber (pnut96 at bellatlantic.net) is descended from this family. This Samuel may have had a son named Gordon R. Bodine; although, I'm not sure where this info came from. I think Gordon is Pam's grandfather.
Sandyskd at cs.com is also interested in this family.
From Ronny Bodine:
Samuel Bodine was living 1880 with his parents in Easthampton Township employed as a railroad worker. The Samuel Bodine family was living 1900-1920 in Mount Holly, Northampton Township, Burlington County where Samuel was employed as a carpenter. In 1900, Sarah reported she had borne 4 children of who 3 were then living. In 1930, now a widow, Sarah Bodine was a patient of the Burlington County Hospital for the Insane in Pemberton Township. See the obituary of Samuel Bodine in the Mount Holly "Herald" of 16 March 1928. Samuel and Sarah Bodine were buried in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Mount Holly.
