Graveside services for Carolyn C. Schmidt, age 77 of Henderson, will be held Wednesday November 18, 2015 at 2:00pm at the Ebenezer Cemetery. Burial will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home. Carolyn was born October 6, 1938 to Clarence and Irene Bodine in Henderson, and died Friday November 13, 2015 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her parents. Carolyn is survived by her husband Edward Schmidt III, her sons David Finley and wife Bonita of Dallas, Ray Finley and wife Kathy of Henderson, and Ed Schmidt IV and wife Denise of Tyler. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6pm until 7pm Tuesday night at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Henderson Animal Shelter.
