Jane Bodine is a probable daughter of James Bodine. She was married by license of 23 Jan 1816 in Harrison County, Indiana to Phillip Osborne. Phillip Osborne and James Bodine served together on a jury of view in McMinn County, Tennessee on 6 March 1826 and about 1826 both received an occupant land grant there, described above. Phillip Osborne appears as Philip Osburn in the 1830 census of Jefferson County, Illinois as a neighbor of James Bodine, but Jane is no longer evident in the family and appears to have died
