Notes for: Walter Priestley Bodine
Their grandson, Bill Bodine, says Walter and Geneve retired to North Carolina in the 1950's. They both died there and were buried at the main cemetery in Southern Pines, NC.

Walter Bodine registered for the World War I draft on 12 Sept 1917 in Union County, New Jersey. He reported that he was employed as Chief Clerk with the New York Telephone Company. In 1920-1930, he lived with his family in Union County still working with the telephone company. Walter Bodine, who died of tongue cancer, was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Moore County and Geneve Bodine was cremated. See their North Carolina death certificates nos. 1959-7843 and 1964-19002.
