1962 and 1963 - Vallejo, CA city directory with Maxine
BACK TO MISSOULA:
1963-64 school year - my teacher at C M Russell school (I had heard murmurs that he was heading for CA after the school year, so the CA tie makes sense)
1964 (May) - news article where he passed his realtor broker license in Missoula
BACK TO CALIFORNIA:
1965 - married to Ruth in CA
1966 thru at least 1974 - city directory in Santa Barbara, CA - social worker (that does not surprise me at all, because he was kind and gentle)
1971 - divorced Ruth
1972 - married Marilyn in CA
1975 - divorce Marilyn in CA
1998-1999 - lived in Prescott and Yarnell, AZ

Mark A. Bodine, 25, single, of Minot, ND, born in Voltaire, ND, son of Frank P. & Elizabeth (Grossman) Bodine AND Maxine Lewis, 19,single, of Minot, ND, born in Williston, ND, dau. of Alfred L. & Madoline (Farrol) Lewis, were married 3 May 1958 in Sidney, Richland County, by Lucy L. Fisher, J.P.
The 1962 and 1963 City Directories of Vallejo (Solano Co.), Calif. show Mark A. and Maxine Bodine as residents and the 1973 City Directory of San Jose, Calif. lists Maxine L. Bodine. On 6 April 1974, in Monterey County, Calif., Maxine J. Bodine, 35, married Henry J. Corriea, 32.
2nd marriage--1965--RUTH ANN THUREN.
From Santa Barbara County, California Marriage Records: Mark A. Bodine, 33 AND Ruth A. Thuren, 28, were married 11 Dec 1965. From Santa Barbara County Divorce Records: Mark A. Bodine, born 1932 AND Ruth A. Thuren, born 1937, married in 1965, were granted a preliminary dissolution in Sept 1971. [Note: Ruth is the daughter of Walter & Linnea Thuren.]
3rd marriage--1972--MARILYN JEAN HANSEL.
From Santa Barbara County, California Marriage Records: Mark A. Bodine, 39 AND Marilyn J. Hansel, 23, were married 8 April 1972. From Los Angeles County Divorce Records: Mark A. Bodine, born 1932 AND Marilyn J. Hansel, born 1948, married in 1972, were granted a preliminary dissolution in Sept 1975. [Note: On 9 June 1979 in San Luis Obispo County Marilyn H. Bodine, 30 married Roy G. Rey, 27.]
4th marriage--1982--LAUREN MICHELLE HUGGINS.

Mark A. Bodine AND Lauren M. Huggins were married 10 July 1982 in Las Vegas.

Mark Anthony Bodine and Lauren Michelle Bodine, both of California, who were married 10 July 1982 in Las Vegas, Nevada were divorced 14 Jan 1985.
Lauren subsequently married Michael Derry.
