Parley Harris Bodine age 82 passed away Dec. 3, 2003 in Draper UT. Born Nov. 17, 1921 in Bountiful TU. to Oscar and Lue Armilda Harris Bodine. He married Naomi V. Benjamin, Jan 30 ,1943 in Miami Ariz.She preceded him in death Dec. 31 1997.Parley served in the U.S Navy in World War 2 as fireman First class. He earned the Victory Metal and American Campaign Medal.

Naomi Bodine , age 76, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away December 31, 1997 of complications from pneumonia. Born October 26, 1921 in Los Angeles, California to Thomas Birch Benjamin and Hilda Knauer. Married Parley H. Bodine in Miami, Arizona on January 30, 1943. Naomi was affiliated with the First Church of Christ Scientists. Her love and faith in God brought her great strength. She understood His perfect love and her creation in His image and likeness. Naomi loved golfing and was proud of her three holes-in-one. She was a member of the Copper Club for many years. She also liked to crochet and knit and made many wonderful afghans and dolls. Naomi was a great teacher of compassion and love. She was dedicated to her family and especially to her Parley, whom she loved very much. She was held in high esteem by all who knew her and was said to be an angel by family and close friends. Her passing saddens our hearts and will leave a great void in our lives. She was the best and we will miss her dearly. Survivors include her husband, Parley; children: Kathleen (Bob) Gagon, American Fork; Patricia (Mike) DeCol, Salt Lake City; Dennis (Linda) Bodine , Taylorsville; Gayle (Crae) Baker and Parlene (Norm) Skiby, both of West Valley City; brother, Harold Benjamin, Miami, AZ; sister, Frances Lashley, Tucson, AZ; 23 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents and son, Tom. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 7, 1998 at 10 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Tuesday, 5-7 p.m., and Wednesday, one hour prior to services. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park

In 1940, Minnie A. Wolf, 14, born in AZ, lived with her parents Harry H. & Minnie A. Wolf in Globe, Gila County, Arizona.

Minnie A. Vezzetti, age 93, was living November 2016 in Globe, Arizona.

Parley Harris Bodine, age 82, passed away December 3, 2003 in Draper, Utah. Born November 17, 1921 in Bountiful, Utah to Oscar and Lue Armilda Harris Bodine. He married Naomi V. Benjamin, January 30, 1943 in Miami, Arizona. She preceded him in death December 31, 1997. Parley served in the US Navy in World War II, Fireman First Class. Earned Victory Medal and American Campaign Medal. Parley retired from Kennecott as a Machinist and Pipe Fitter Foreman after 31 years. After retirement, he enjoyed playing golf, dancing, bowling, fishing and spending time with his wife, whom he loved very much. He was very respected among his peers. He attended Jr. High and High School in Pima, Arizona. Parley was a member of the LDS Church. Survived by son, Dennis (Linda) Bodine; daughters, Kathleen (Bob) Gagon, Patricia (Mike) DeCol, Gayle (Crae) Baker, Parlene (Norm) Skiby; brother, Karl (Rose) Bodine; 23 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife, Naomi; son, Karl Thomas Bodine. The family wishes to express thanks to all of the kind employees at The Stratford at Draper, and the people at Care Source Home Health and Hospice. Graveside services will be held Sat., 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South. Friends may call Saturday, 9-11:00 a.m. at the McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
