Most likely, she is listed as Virginia F. Pollard in most records. A note from Mildred Smith Roe says she was Frances Pollard before her marriage to Claborn A. Whitworth. The 1860 Marshall County, Alabama Census shows her age to be 9 - f she is Virginia F. Pollard. Her marriage license in Blount County, Alabama gives her name as Frances V., which very well could be Virginia Frances. The 1870 census gives her age as 19 and husband, John T. Garrett, as being 24.
