The Manning family and Bodine's were living in Sevier Co, Tn in the area of Flat Creek as their property joined. Source - land records in Sevier Co and a land grant to Francis Bodine by Governor of Tn. A copy is in my possession s/Thomas B. Bodine which was found in the library at the Smokey Mountain National Park Headquarters in 1990.
