Notes for: William Amos Bodine

He appears in 1850 and 1860 Censuses as son, William "M." Bodine. The transcriber of the tombstone misread it as 1818 instead of 1848, but there is no couple "W. and E. Bodine" who could have had a child born in 1818. And besides, she is buried between other members of this immediate family.

From Ronny Bodine:

From Nelson County, Kentucky Death Records:
Wm. Amos? Bodine, 13, single, born in Nelson Co., KY, son of Wm. & Eliza. Bodine, died 13 June 1861 of typhoid and pneumonia. [Note: The middle name is difficult to decipher but may be Amos.]

William Bodine was were buried in Big Spring Presbyterian Cemetery, near Bloomfield, Nelson County.
