Just happened to stumble on to your site. William Hedge married Lucinda Godby (Godbey) March 4, 1804 in Montgomery County, Virginia. They moved to Hendricks County, Indiana about 1828. William died August 1837 and his wife about 1858. The couple had fourteen children of which twelve lived to adulthood and married.
race my lineage from the youngest son Anderson who placed much of this information in History of Hendricks County Indiana, Also a Condensed History of Indiana, Interstate Publishing Co. 1885 now found in public library Danville, Indiana.
